Hace un tiempo, se habia confirmado que Google estaba desarrollando su propia linea de teléfonos celulares. Desde hace un tiempo ellos han estado desarrollando aplicaciones para otros telefonos celulares (ejemplo: Gmail, Google Maps), y ahora vienen con todo el pie en un telefono cerca de usted.

Al parecer la gran G está tomando dos caminos: Por un lado ha invertido “cientos de millones de dólares” en el desarrollo de su propio teléfono celular. Por otro lado, está creando una plataforma que otros fabricantes pueden usar, o basarse en ella para crear sus propios equipos. Actualmente ya hay versiones móviles de Google Maps, Google Talk y Gmail, pero al parecer también está trabajando en desarrollar su propio navegador web para dispositivos móviles.

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic - I don’t know what it is, but it seems that Dominicans are always coming up with all kinds of remedies for sexual potency. This time we found this product called “La Piedra” (The Stone), which at first was claimed to be a replacement for the well known Viagra, but then later was confirmed that instead of being a stimulant, is a retardant (meaning that if you can’t get it up, you need to look elsewhere), enabling you to hold an erection all-night long (Antre!!!!). The product is sold in Dominican markets in a transparent plastic bag, with a small piece of paper with instructions. It retails for RD$100-$200 Pesos (US$3 – 6).  It appears to be the same product called “El Chinito”, which is popular in Dominican urban culture for the last 30 years. Now, I will caution you; It is said that the one of the ingredients is a resin derived from Marihuana, so don’t try to bring it back to the States.

Munich, Germany – BMW spent 250 million dollars in this wonderful place for a sole purpose; to hand over cars to customers.  Starting in October instead of going to the local dealership to get your ride, you can pay a little bit extra experience the Disney World adventure you never had when you were a kid, but this  time around, you will get on the ride as many times as you want without waiting in line.

Germany is known for it’s holy-like adoration of cars, but no one has gone so far as to compare local dealerships to churches, and this new part with the St. Peter’s Cathedral.

This move by BMW is not unique, since Mercedes, Volkswagen and Porsche have done the same to boost their brands.

This is awesome, I wish one day I can take one of those trips to pick up my car  and ride the autobahn all the way to the port  where I’d shipping my wheels back to America.

Munich, Alemania – la BMW invirtió 250 Millones de dólares en este grandioso parque con un solo propósito; entregar las llaves de los vehículos a sus compradores. Empezando este próximo Octubre, en vez de recoger tu vehiculo en la casa distribuidora local, puedes pagar algo má$ y hacer de esta una experiencia inolvidable. Figúrate que es el viaje que quisiste dar a Disney World cuando eras un mozalbete y por falta de cuartos ($$) nunca pudiste. Y esta vez no tienes que esperar en línea.

Alemania es conocida por su culto – casi sagrado- a los vehículos que esta fabrica. Pero nadie ha llegado al punto de comparar sus casas distribuidoras con iglesias, y el BMW Welt (BMW World en inglés) con la Catedral de San Pedro.

Aunque el parque está “padrisimo” (Gomera, toma!), no es el primero de su clase, ya que los “matatanes” de Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen y Porsche ya tienen sus propios parques con el propósito de incrementar la calidad de su marca.

Desde que tengo conocimiento que los vehículos alemanes se pueden recoger en la fabrica, siempre he tenido el sueño de ir a buscar mi Serie 7, y darle pa’ ya’ en el autobahn [para los que me toman nota] hasta el puerto desde donde se envían los carros para América.

It’s official, they are divorced. K-Fed will receive 15K a MONTH for child support, and another 20 G’s for spousal support until November. The custody is 50/50, even though we all know Britney is crazy, but well, that’s the U.S. Court System for you.

El divorcio es oficial. K-Fed recibirá unos jugosos 15 Mil Tululuces mensuales para manutención de los menorcitos, más otros 20 Mil de los verdes para el mismo (Esto hasta  Noviembre de acuerdo a su acuerdo prenupcial).  La custodia de los pequeños queda 50/50 de acuerdo al reporte de Perez Hilton.

Santo Domingo is a City with a lots of firsts. The first Cathedral of the New World, the 1st City hall, the 1st University, the 1st Hospital, the 1st Alcazar (Royal Palace), and many more. But it also is the place where I gave my first kiss, my first “trelelele” (if you know what I mean), where I watched my 1st game at the Stadium, and also the not so good experiences such as getting mugged. In summary this city has many firsts that I will always keep in a special place in my memory.

Santo Domingo es una ciudad de muchos primeros. Tenemos la primera catedral de América, el primer hospital, el primer ayuntamiento en el nuevo mundo, el primer palacio real, la primera universidad, y muchisimos mas. Pero también es  la ciudad donde dí mi primer beso, el primer trelelele (if you know what I mean), primer partido de pelota en el “play”, y también los no tan felices recuerdos como cuando me atracaron por primera vez. En resumén, los muchos primeros que guardaré en un lugar especial en mi memoria.
